The journal “Transplantation and Artificial Organs” ensures a transparent and fair process for handling complaints related to publication ethics and academic integrity, in accordance with COPE guidelines.

Complaints may relate to plagiarism, data falsification, conflicts of interest, peer review misconduct, or editorial decisions.

Procedure:

1. Complaint submission (via email, with supporting evidence)
2. Initial assessment (within 3 business days)
3. Investigation (with possible involvement of independent experts)
4. Editorial decision (correction, rejection, retraction, etc.)
5. Notification of all parties

The standard review period is up to 30 days.

All complaints are handled confidentially and objectively. Appeals may be submitted and will be reviewed by the editorial board.
