AI Policy
The Editorial Board of the journal “Transplantation and Artificial Organs” allows the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools only as auxiliary instruments in manuscript preparation. AI may be used for language editing, grammar correction, formatting, and technical support. AI tools must not be used to generate, fabricate, or alter original research data, clinical findings, conclusions, references, or images without author verification.
If AI tools were used during manuscript preparation, authors must disclose this in the cover letter and/or in a note within the manuscript, specifying the name of the tool, the purpose of use, and the scope of application.
AI tools cannot be listed as authors or co-authors. Full responsibility for the content, accuracy, originality, and integrity of the manuscript remains entirely with the authors.
The editorial board reserves the right to request clarification regarding the use of AI and to reject submissions in cases of undisclosed or unethical use of such technologies.
